Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags intact and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the package at no additional cost for the first attempt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 business days.
